Ordering & Delivery

HOW IT WORKS

We currently deliver to the following areas in the Eastern Cape: Port Elizabeth, Jeffrey's Bay, Aston Bay, Humansdorp, St Francis Bay, Uitenhage, Despatch, Grahamstown, Port Alfred, Kenton-on-Sea, Bushmans River, Alexandria & Colchester. We'll be adding to our list of delivery areas as we grow!

To deliver your order efficiently, we kindly request that you register an account with us. It's not required, but it does help us to be more efficient in delivering your parcel and also allows you to manage your own profile. It's quick, simple and all we require is your full name, email address and a password. New customers can Register here. If you intend to make use of our local delivery service, then we will need to validate your delivery address post code* at Shopping Cart Checkout to see if your delivery area is eligible for this service.

If we're unable to deliver to your area (i.e. your post code is not on our list) then the only option available to you will be to collect your order from our production facility (Markman Industria). If you would like to collect an order, then please email orders@heydenrychs.com and we will gladly load a custom order for you.

If you feel that your post code should be on the list, or you would like to arrange a store pickup, then please contact us at orders@heydenrychs.com.

* We currently deliver to the following post codes:
6001, 6008, 6013, 6020, 6025, 6045, 6056, 6065, 6070, 6091, 6139, 6170, 6175, 6185, 6189, 6191, 6209, 6210, 6212, 6220, 6229, 6300, 6312, 6313, 6330, 6331, 6332.

ORDERING

All fresh meat is cut to order. As a result, we need time to make up your order.

Our current delivery offset is two days. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday, the earliest delivery day will be Thursday.

The above serves as a guideline only. Please be aware of our delivery days for Grahamstown, Port Alfred, Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp and St Francis (see our delivery days below). We do not deliver to these areas daily. As a result, the above delivery criteria may not always apply.

Our website accepts the following payment options:

• Credit and cheque cards (using PayFast)
• Instant EFT
• Masterpass
• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• COD (Cash On Delivery).

You can choose how you would like to pay for your order during the checkout process.

DELIVERY

Our refrigerated vehicles deliver on the following days:

• Port Elizabeth (Monday to Friday)
• Uitenhage & Despatch (Monday, Wednesday to Friday)
• Grahamstown, Port Alfred, Kenton-on-Sea, Bushmans River & Colchester (Tuesday & Thursday)
• Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp & St Francis (Wednesday)

Orders will be delivered between 12h30 and 17h30 on Monday, 09h30 and 17h30, Tuesday to Friday.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE IS SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY.

* It may be a good idea to have your order delivered to your work address during the week.

As we are delivering perishable products, please ensure your delivery is signed for, checked against the delivery note and refrigerated immediately.

If nobody is at the designated delivery address to receive your order, it will be returned to our factory for storage. The onus will be on you to collect the order from our factory and provide proof that you are the intended customer in order for us to release the order. We will only be able to hold the order for 48 hours.
